2. Visiting this website

This website is a static site: no user accounts, no forms, no cookies and no analytics or advertising services. It is delivered through Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes the technically necessary connection data — IP address, date and time, the address requested, the referring page, browser and device type — to deliver the page and to protect it against attacks and abuse.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure, working website). Cloudflare processes the data as our processor under a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. For transfers to the USA, Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR); the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. We keep no access logs ourselves and build no user profiles.

3. Contacting us by email

When you write to us, we process what you send (name, email address, the content of your message) to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering). We delete the message once the enquiry is settled, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise.

4. Links to other websites

This website links to our products Rilke and Incosplay and to our profiles on X and LinkedIn. No data is passed to these providers unless you follow a link; their own privacy policies then apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). A message to [email protected] is enough.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
